Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop

If you're looking to clean up mess fast then a robot vacuum and mop is the best way to go. The top robot vacuums and mops that I tested had excellent navigation and mapping. They picked up Cheerios and fake dog turds, well as wires that were strung up.

They're also user-friendly using an app that lets you plan cleaning tasks and check on how they're doing.

1. Roborock S8 maxV Ultra

If you're looking for the best robot vacuum and mop with cutting-edge features, consider the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This high-end vacuum is fast and agile, and it picked up human hair and pet hair nearly flawlessly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also features a sleek interface that includes a mini map of your house and a few on-screen buttons to allow manual control.

Another noteworthy feature is the S8's ability to adjust its cleaning mode based on the amount of dirt it encounters thanks to its Dirt Detection Technology. It will clean its mopping pads more frequently if it encounters dust. Carpeted areas get priority for mopping using a damp mopping pad.

It has a variety of other innovative features also, including an alternative dock that connects to the plumbing in your home to clean and wash the mop roller, without having you to manually refill it. You can also make use of voice commands using the built-in voice assistant of the S8 using the phrase "Hey Rocky" to specify room cleaning, modes, and granular control options with your voice.

2. Yeedi Cube

The Yeedi Cube offers a variety of options for those who want an automated robot vacuum that is hands-free that can also mop. It's part of a litany of robot vacuums that also include mops but comes at a lower cost than most of the competition.

Like many robovacs Yeedi Cube requires a little amount of work to get started, including setting up an account with the official app of the manufacturer and connecting it to your WiFi network. Once that's done, though, the robot can start mopping and vacuuming with ease.

It's important to keep in mind that the mapping process may take a while, and the Yeedi Cube may need a few tries before it gets an accurate picture of your living space. The object detection feature is an issue that is hit-and-miss. It was able to maneuver around furniture and other obstacles, but got stuck on a rug with tassels that it required a flip to free itself. These are minor issues and the Yeedi Cube remains a great choice for those in need of an appliance that can do it all.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its mopping technology is advanced and features an inclination that is like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are truly cleaned, not just swept. The detachable vacuum stick is an absolute game changer that can reach places even robot vacuums cannot.

This model is nearly identical to the popular X2 Omni but with a slightly increased suction power of 8,700Pa as well as a few other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor is able to learn your home better and offer dynamic obstacles avoidance.  auto vacuum  allows you to modify a range of settings, including AI cleanings and virtual boundaries.

The X2 Combo also has self-preparation. Both the robot vacuum and mop return to their charging station at the end of each job to clean their pads and empty the dust bins, and place debris in the self-sealing bag. This helps keep the system tidy and stops allergens from circulating. Its battery life is sufficient to remove large areas without the need for a charge mid-clean.

4. Eufy S1 Pro

As one of the premium robot vacuum and mop models that we have reviewed, the Eufy S1 Pro offers impressive features for its price. It is equipped with a powerful 8,000 Pa suction power and a rotating brush that is ideal for hard floors and carpets and a great obstacle avoidance. It also features an innovative mopping system that uses a roller that is continuously dosed with water to pick up dirt and deposit it in the water that is dirty tank.

Its navigation technology performed well in navigating close to walls without crashing, and staying clear of stairs. It was unable to handle fine debris and didn't always clear the raised thresholds in rooms. Its operating noise level is also quite high, so this model may not be as simple to set and forget as the other models.

Like many robotic vacuums and mops the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that allows you to replenish its clean water, empty its dustbin and mop pad, as well as wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance simple and helps the S1 Pro to spend more time cleaning floors according to a routine schedule. You can control all of its functions through the Eufy app. It provides a clear overview and plenty of options for configuration.

5. Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum/mower is one of the best vacuums/mowers on the market. It provides impressive vacuuming and mopping results. The LIDAR mapping sensors can recognize furniture legs, obstacles, and other obstacles with reasonable accuracy. The app lets users fine-tune the map coverage, set up no-go zones and modify their cleaning preferences. The main roller brush is also designed to stop hair from wrapping around it, which can be an issue for many robotic vacuums.

The Mop Mode is impressive too, with Reuleaux triangular mops that spin at 180 RPM and exert up to 12N of downward pressure. The mopping system is also equipped with intelligent carpet detection, lifting the pads up when they're in proximity to soft surfaces to prevent contamination of them with.

The docking station is designed to function as a hands-free center for maintenance which is capable of automatically drying and washing the mops before refilling them with water and detergent. The base station has an integrated dust-processing system that compacts dust, which allows for seven weeks of maintenance-free operation.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars more than the S8 This robot does an excellent job of keeping my home office clean and can also take on the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses a laser mapping camera and laser to create a 3D-map of your home so that it knows what to stay clear of. It also has a detector for objects and obstructions that will stay clear of things like toys and dog bowls (but not Poop) unlike other vacuums.

It has other great highlights, such as an automatic emptying dust bin, a mop pad that's self-washing and adjustable to the temperature of the water and a side-reaching brush that can reach places that other mops don't. You can also set your own cleaning schedule in the app and customize settings for every room in your home.

Similar to the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood rugs with high-pile. It also lets you skip mopping rooms that are not clean if you want to reduce time. If you have a variety of flooring in your house and don't wish to spend more money on a Roborock with advanced mapping features this is an excellent option.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle regular maintenance and touch-ups for wet messes, this robot is an excellent option. It has a range of features, including a self emptying dustbin, a separate dock for refilling water, as well as adjustable settings that can be adjusted via the app. It is surprisingly quiet and can easily maneuver around furniture legs or socks. It can't pick tangled rug tassels up and it drains its battery quicker than other models we tried.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that offers powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It didn't perform as well in our mopping and mopping tests as the much pricier Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra however it did very well overall. It has a variety of cleaning modes, from the low-power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the powerful  Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It even has the ability to automatically remove and reattach mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great two-in-one robot vacuum and mop for those who live in cramped areas. It is very silent and fast, and it can navigate tight spaces with ease. It also does a very good job of removing pet hair out of carpeting.

It's smaller than most of its competitors however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has decent suction power and can be set to take photos of each object it finds (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as 'not located', so that they will not be taken up in subsequent cleanings. The photos are encrypted and not tied to you account.

It is capable of vaccuming but isn't as good at mopping. It makes use of disposable wet wipes that are clipped onto the bottom of the bot, and it basically drags them around the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
